Bookings made through Booking.com/Split Inn Apartments
For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of a difference, Booking.com’s terms and conditions supersede those below.
General
Rental is on a self-catering basis. Minimum lengths of stay may apply. Prices shown include all local taxes, electricity and cleaning.
Occupancy
Studio Loza is suitable for up to 3 people
Guests with mobility problems, heavy luggage or young children
On foot, Studio Loza is accessed by a gentle climb involving no steps, however there is a flight of steps from the garden to the apartment itself. If you are unable to carry your own luggage for the short walk to the apartment, we may be able to arrange assistance (at an extra charge). Please contact us for details.
The Studio Loza terrace is surrounded by rails, but the top of the steps is ungated, so toddlers or young children should be supervised at all times.
Payment policy
The booking is payable in advance by credit/debit card, excluding extras such as airport pick-up which is payable locally in cash.

Please note: These Terms and Conditions do not apply to Booking.com/Split Inn Apartments bookings, only to bookings made directly with the owners.

Payment policy
A 20% deposit is payable in advance on all bookings and reservations only become confirmed when your deposit has been received.
If we have not received your deposit within two weeks of your booking we reserve the right to cancel the reservation, however we will make every attempt to contact you before we take such a step.
The balance of your payment will need to be paid to our agent on arrival. Card payment is preferred.
Cancellation policy
Your payment is fully refundable up until 6 weeks before your arrival at the apartment. After that time a 20% handling fee will be deducted, although you may use your deposit towards changed occupancy dates.
