One of the world’s top ten electronic music events, the Ultra Music Festival, is coming to Split in July with acts like Armin Van Buuren, Carl Cox and Avicii headlining and Paris Hilton expected to attend the Hvar leg of the show. Other confirmed acts include Chase and Status, Hardwell, Afrojack and Freddie Legrand. The festival will be held in the famous ‘Poljud’ stadium of top-flight football club Hajduk on July 12th and 13th, with an extra day at Hotel Amfora in Hvar on the 14th.

Launched in 1999, Ultra Music Festivals are held on four continents and in seven countries, including the U.S., Argentina, Brazil and Chile and this year’s show is expected to be the first of five in Split running to 2017. the Organisers of ‘Ultra Europe’ say they have already sold 60% of the tickets and are confident of a sell-out.
