General

Rental is on a self-catering basis. Minimum lengths of stay apply. Prices shown include all local taxes, electricity and cleaning.

Occupancy

Studio Loza is suitable for up to 4 people

Guests with mobility problems, heavy luggage or young children

On foot, Studio Loza is accessed by a gentle climb involving no steps, however there is a flight of steps from the garden to the apartment itself. If you are unable to carry your own luggage for the short walk to the apartment, we may be able to arrange assistance (at an extra charge). Please contact us for details.
The Studio Loza terrace is surrounded by rails, but the top of the steps is ungated, so toddlers or young children should be supervised at all times.

Payment policy

The booking is payable in advance by credit/debit card, excluding local extras such as airport pick-up which is payable locally in cash.

Cancellation policy

Guests will receive a 50% refund of their paid rental costs if they cancel at least four weeks before the start of their reservation.
