Not a Lot of People Know That!

Many people know that the white limestone which makes up Split’s fourth century Diocletian’s Palace comes from the nearby island of Brac. But not many know that the white columns of the White House in Washington DC are made from the same stone, quarried from near the village of Pucisca on the island.
